Frequently Asked Questions
- Are all talent approved for the site? Talent must submit their portfolios for review and approval before being posted publicly on the platform.
- Are clients also approved for the site? Clients are also approved before they can start booking.
- Can I accept only the projects I want? You can accept or decline any job request.
- What is the booking fee for? The 15% industry standard booking fee covers the tools and support available on the platform.
- How are rates determined? Talent determined their own day rates and negotiate final rates with the client. Rates are based on industry standard 10 hour days unless otherwise noted.
- How is overtime calculated? After 10 hours OT is accrued at time and a half up to 12 hours and double time thereafter.
- What are the standard hours for assistant rates? CA assistant rates are based on an 8 hour day and are always payrolled.
